Turkish gypsy belly dancer Didem on the Ibo Show
With over 5 million views, this clip of Turkish belly dancer Didem performing on the Ibo Show hosted by famous arabesk singer İbrahim Tatlıses is a true contemporary classic. Like the dancer in the previous Bulgarian clip, Didem is of Roma (gypsy) heritage, something which she takes great pride in. She comes from a musical family: her mother is a belly dancer too, her father a renowned drummer.
